I had a mixed experience at this hotel. On the positive side, the hosts, Janet and Clive, were very friendly and created a welcoming atmosphere, and the breakfast was cooked to perfection. However, the room had a damp smell which certainly detracted from the stay, and some basic amenities came with unexpected fees, which was a letdown.

We had a lovely family stay at this B&B, hosted by the incredibly warm Clive and Janet. The breakfast was cooked to perfection, and the cleanliness of the entire place made us feel right at home. My stay at the Croft was an absolute delight. The warm and welcoming vibe made me feel right at home, and I can't say enough good things about Janet and Clive, who were incredibly friendly and genuinely cared about making my stay enjoyable. The breakfast they served was delicious, which started my day off perfectly. Unfortunately, I did hear from fellow guests that their experience was marred by certain issues, so it might not be perfect for everyone, but for me, it was a memorable visit.
